Refund and Exchange Policy

If your product is damaged or has printing deficiencies all you have to do is shoot us an email to "" with a clear photo that shows the issue and we will be happy to give you a full refund or send you out a re-print free of charge.  Don't even worry aboot it!

Our products are printed and shipped from our partnering facility and do go through a quality control check, however, we are unable to check every item personally before it leaves for your location.  There is no way for us to completely eliminate human error and sometimes mistakes make their way to our customers.  We take this very seriously which is why we will make it right with you.  No Problem.

**VERY IMORTANT PLEASE NOTE:  Our products are printed on demand custom for you when you place an order.  For this reason we do not offer exchanges.  Orders are sent out within 1 hour of being placed.  This means it is very important that you pick your sizes and colors carefully.  We are not able to cancel or change orders once they are in transit to our customers.**

Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer you a refund. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If we issued you a refund and you haven't recived it yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Usually within 1-10 days.  Pesky banks...

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
